Codicote is a parish in the south-west of North Hertfordshire, north of Old Welwyn; it had a market in the later Middle Ages. Its communities are Codicote, the main settlement, Codicote Heights, Driver’s End, Nup End Green, Oakhills, Pottersheath and Tagmore Green.
