Free family fun this Half Term!

Drop in to our Learning Centre and have a go at some of the toys and games that your grandparents would have played with. Some are replicas and some are real museum objects.

Thursday during Half Term we will be laying out the toys for anyone to have a go.

All children must be supervised by an adult. No need to book.

Every Tuesday throughout the school break we will be laying out the toys for anyone to have a go at. 11am – 12pm and 2pm – 3pm

All children must be supervised by an adult. No need to book.

Tiny people of North Herts, help us find the snowmen that are hiding in the museum.

     ’Twas the night before Christmas,
     when all through the house
     not a creature was stirring,
     not even a mouse.

Bring your little ones down to hear a story, sing songs, play music and then afterwards explore the museum looking for the little snow people we have hidden among our objects.

Bring your own Teddy to join in the fun and don’t forget to dress up!

We are going to be reading The Night before Christmas by Clement Clarke Moore.

Aimed at ages 6 months – 5 years old.

All children must be supervised by an adult (adults do not require a ticket).
