The large parish of Offley lies between Hitchin and Luton. Its communities are Great Offley, its main settlement, Cockernhoe, The Flints, Mangrove Green and Tea Green. Little Offley and Wellbury are the names of houses rather than hamlets, although they were manors in Domesday Book.
