Learn the basics of willow weaving in this relaxed, hands-on workshop suitable for complete beginners. Using simple weaving principles, you will create a versatile round willow trivet.

Your finished piece can be used as a hot pot stand, a serving platter for bread, crackers or cupcakes, or displayed on the wall when not in use. It can also be used as a hanging bird table in the garden. If time allows, there will be an opportunity to make a small soap trivet as well.

This workshop offers a great introduction to working with willow, with clear guidance throughout and plenty of time to practise your skills and enjoy the process.
