Winged Wonders – Kids Weaving Workshop
Set your imagination aflutter in this fun workshop designed for young creatives. Using colourful ribbons and shimmering fibres, weave your very own magical dragonfly or beautiful butterfly in a hoop.
Designed for children aged 4–11 with some hands-on help from parents or grandparents, this workshop shows how weaving can be used in a playful and creative way. Your child will learn how to “fly” their fibres through the hoop to build the body and wings of their chosen garden visitor.
The finished pieces make wonderful wall hangings to display at home. All materials are provided, with a wide selection of fibres and textures to ensure every Winged Wonder is unique!
